1) This site is not a review board so do not post reviews of any SPs or Clients here.
2) Be respectful to the other members on this site. If you don't have anything nice to say don't say anything at all.
3) We do promote the use of REAL pictures. Fake pictures may be subject to removal upon our discretion.
4) Obscene or lewd images which depict genitalia, actual or simulated sexual acts are not permitted.
5) Images showing FULL nudity below the waist are not permitted. Implied nudity is allowed but is subject to our discretion.
6) Images of drug use or references to drug use is not permitted.
7) Paid Advertising: Even if you are a paid advertiser and break the rules your account is subject to suspension without refund.
8) Make sure your posts are in the right category, post w4m in w4m not in t4m etc.
9) Users can and will be banned with or without warning if they break any of these rules.
10) Do not promote competing advertising sites. Only CL,BP,Perb are allowed to be referenced to.
11) Rules for 'Featured' Status:
-Independent Escorts can only post for themselves. Exceptions apply if you want to post a joint ad for 1 DUO partner as long as she is a paid advertiser.
-Escort Agencies can post for all their girls
12) Rules for 'ERSVerified' Status:
-Independent Escorts can only post for themselves. Exceptions apply if you want to post a joint ad for 1 DUO partner as long as she is also ERSVerified.
-Escort Agencies can post for all their girls as long as they are using REAL Pictures.
-ERSVerified Escorts must ALWAYS use only REAL Pictures.
13) Posting Rules For All Accounts:
When posting users agree to:
-I will not post obscene or lewd images which depict genitalia or actual or simulated sexual acts;
-I will not post any material on the Site that exploits minors in any way;
-I will not post any material on the Site that in any way constitutes or assists in human trafficking;
-I am at least 18 years of age or older and not considered to be a minor in my state of residence.
-Any post exploiting a minor in any way will be subject to criminal prosecution and will be reported to local law enforcement.
*Postings violating these rules or any other rules or Terms of Use are subject to removal without refund.
14) Multiple Accounts:
-Each individual Service Provider is allowed 1 account and can only post for themselves or their duo partner if they both are ersverified.
-Each Escort Agency is allowed 1 account and can only post for their own escorts.
-Each Client is allowed 1 account.
